Pacific Sowa links the manufacturing capabilities of both our foundries to our customers' needs thorough quality-control system and years of manufacturing experience.

Manufacturing of a wide range of materials from carbon steel to various special steels
We offer product sizes ranging from several kilograms to several tens of tons.

Our group foundries, Pacific Special Alloy Castings Co., Ltd., and Yonago Steel Co., Ltd., have a consistent manufacturing system that includes steps from dissolving to finishing. They also offer a rich manufacturing track record ranging from years of technological development and thorough quality-control systems. We can manufacture a wide range of materials from carbon steel to various special steels (stainless steel, heat resistance, wear resistance, high alloy), and can offer product sizes ranging from several kilograms to several tens of tons.

CASTINGS

CASTINGS Steel Casting Business

Pacific Special Alloy Castings Co., Ltd.
We select the optimal manufacturing method according to the product specifications (shape, quantity, weight), using three types of molding methods (hand molding, machine molding, precision casting). We can produce a wide range of weights from small lots of several kilograms of multi-variety products to large single items of around 6 tons. Furthermore, we specialize in special steel such as stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, heat resistant steel and high-alloy steel, and we excel in our ability to develop materials.
Yonago Steel Co., Ltd.
We are able to manufacture products in large single items with a maximum single weight of around 15 tons. We specialize in carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-manganese steel, and stainless steel. We seek for further added value, and actively invest in equipment. We are strengthening our machining capacity (5-axis gate type MC and large lathes with a maximum diameter of 6 meters).
Electron-Beam Perforation (EBP)
Pacific Special Alloy Castings Co., Ltd. is the only company in Japan to accept consignment of electron beam perforation. Unlike other drilling processes, this process is characterized by the fact that fine, high-precision holes can be perforated into thick plates. This technology is used for screens for extruders, centrifugal separators and screens, to remove foreign matter that require high strength.
